Exceptional service, had nice experience.
Stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel was perfectly fine and fairly clean, had exceptional views, excellent location close to ADO bus station. Room was reasonably large with climate control and a laptop-size safe. The amiable and accommodating staff truly made me feel welcome. Had outstanding and delicious meal in the restaurant.

Hotel as a whole is stunningly beautiful and excellent, I truly enjoyed it.
The staff are affable and accommodating, managed the parking on site. I have stayed in the standard room with king beds. The rate is usd 1096, satisfied.

I loved the value for money at Caracol Plaza! The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. The location was great, although it meant a bit of a walk to the beach, but it was totally worth it. The staff treated me wonderfully and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider menu selection.

The hotel was fairly clean, everything was great. The room was large here with king beds as well as TV. The staff were accommodating and exceptionally nice, gave us great tips.

The hotel was FINE and the staff was excellent, it had favourable location close to ADO bus station. Location: the property was right by Playa Carrizalillo and Playa Zicatella, and the main beach. I randomly popped in Vivaldi serving some pastries, located at a moderate distance from the hotel, it was nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel staff really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Thirdly, the location on a hill provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It was truly picturesque and added to the overall charm of the hotel. Lastly, the rooms with king beds were extremely comfortable. I had a great night's sleep and felt well-rested each morning.
All aspects of my stay exceeded my expectations.
